Nunca compartas tu frase ni tus llavesNever share your phrase or keys
Nobody from Quorum will ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, card codes or for you to sign anything. If someone does, it’s a scam: don’t reply.

Perdí un dispositivo de mi bóvedaI lost a device from my vault
If your remaining devices reach the quorum, open the vault → Security → “Change signers or quorum”, remove the lost one and add a new one. The remaining devices sign that operation.
If a Tangem belongs to a backup set, any card from the same set signs the same way.
Xaman dice “This payload is not available on the network you’re connected to”Xaman says “This payload is not available on the network you’re connected to”
The operation is on testnet and Xaman is on mainnet (or the other way around). In Xaman: Settings → Advanced → turn on “Developer mode”; then, on Home, tap the network button at the top right and pick the right network.
Quorum no encuentra mi LedgerQuorum can’t find my Ledger
Check that Bluetooth is on, the Ledger is unlocked and the XRP app is open. If two Ledgers are on, Quorum uses the one holding that signer’s key.
Mi Tangem muestra varias direccionesMy Tangem shows several addresses
Some cards have the Tangem app address and a direct key. Add the one that matches what you see in the Tangem app (or in Xaman, if it’s a Xaman card).
Una operación venció antes de enviarlaAn operation expired before I submitted it
Operations have a time limit to collect signatures (you choose it in Settings). If one expires, discard it and create a new one. Nothing is lost: an expired operation never reaches the network.
In Settings → Export or import, create a password-protected backup and open it on the new phone. Then reconnect Xaman and enter each Tangem’s code once.
