Quorum es software que te ayuda a crear y usar cuentas y bóvedas multifirma en el XRP Ledger, firmando con dispositivos que tú controlas (Tangem, Ledger, Xaman u otro teléfono).

• No es un banco, un exchange ni un custodio.
• No tiene acceso a tus llaves privadas ni a tus fondos.
• No puede mover, congelar, revertir ni recuperar fondos ni operaciones.
• No es asesoría financiera, legal ni tributaria. Los precios en USD o EUR son solo referenciales.

Quorum is software that helps you create and use multisig accounts and vaults on the XRP Ledger, signing with devices you control (Tangem, Ledger, Xaman or another phone).

• It is not a bank, an exchange or a custodian.
• It has no access to your private keys or your funds.
• It cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover funds or operations.
• It is not financial, legal or tax advice. USD or EUR prices are for reference only.

• Guardar tus dispositivos, frases de recuperación, códigos y respaldos. Si pierdes dispositivos por debajo del quórum, nadie puede recuperar tus fondos.
• Revisar cada operación (monto, destino y tipo) antes de firmarla. Las operaciones en el XRP Ledger son definitivas.
• Probar tu configuración primero en testnet o con montos chicos.
• Cumplir las leyes que te apliquen, incluidas las tributarias.

• Keeping your devices, recovery phrases, codes and backups safe. If you lose devices below the quorum, nobody can recover your funds.
• Reviewing every operation (amount, destination and type) before signing it. Operations on the XRP Ledger are final.
• Testing your setup first on testnet or with small amounts.
• Complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.

Quorum se entrega “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas ni implícitas, incluidas las de funcionamiento ininterrumpido, ausencia de errores o idoneidad para un fin determinado. Quorum está en beta y aún no tiene auditoría externa de seguridad.

Quorum is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Quorum is in beta and has not yet been externally audited.

En la máxima medida que permita la ley, Minify SpA y quienes contribuyen al proyecto no responden por pérdidas de fondos, datos, ganancias ni por daños directos o indirectos que resulten del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar Quorum, incluidos errores del software, de la red, de los dispositivos de firma o de servicios de terceros.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minify SpA and the project’s contributors are not liable for loss of funds, data or profits, or for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Quorum, including errors in the software, the network, signing devices or third-party services.

Quorum se conecta al XRP Ledger y, según cómo la uses, a Xaman, a Tangem y Ledger (en tus dispositivos), a CoinGecko (precio) y a gateways IPFS (imágenes de NFT). Esos servicios tienen sus propios términos y Quorum no los controla. Quorum no está afiliado a Ripple, la XRPL Foundation, Tangem, Ledger ni Xaman.

Quorum connects to the XRP Ledger and, depending on how you use it, to Xaman, to Tangem and Ledger (on your devices), to CoinGecko (price) and to IPFS gateways (NFT images). Those services have their own terms and Quorum doesn’t control them. Quorum is not affiliated with Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, Tangem, Ledger or Xaman.
